This tasting explored the Australian producers who pioneered the biodynamic, organic and minimal interventionist viticulture and winemaking, highlighting the different regions to demonstrate diversity, as well as discussing the evolution into the widely publicised natural wine production. The path least taken shall was explored via some varieties that are anything but middle of the road. Presented as three “conversations” this tasting was a chance to compare and contrast the new kids on the block with the pioneers.
